Playback Tip: Smooth playback is function of your bandwidth. To minimize stutter in the playback, let the entire video load first. Follow these steps:
1 – Click the center arrow to start the playback.
2 – Stop the playback using the controller at the bottom. You will see a shaded bar begin to grow in the playback bar. This shows the video is loading. Let the video load all the way. The shaded bar will grow all the way to the right side of the player.
3 – Now that the video is fully loaded, move the playhead to the beginning and start the video.
